Im looking to buy a laptop for college over this summer and i have narrowed it down to either the dell xps m1330 or macbook. Im going to be in an engineering program and the laptop will probaly have to be taken to class on occasion. I also would like to do some reasonalble gaming every once in a while. I would be getting the xps with 2.2 ghz proc, 200 gb 7200rpm, vista ulitmate, 3 gb of ram, 128 nvidia video card, and would like to get similar specs for the mac.
If you have any ideas or help it would be great. You should get a macbook cause u can get a vista, xp, and OSX which is enough and it has the same specs but doesnt have an nvidia card but dont u think tht card needs more power.

If ur gonna take it to class get a macbook u can get windows on it and microsoft office so really its the ultimate machine plus i had a dell and it broke on me after only like 3 years and my mother board crashed and when they sent it bak they took out my Wi-Fi card then came bak and put it in installed the driver using my CD they gave me and took it with him. Applecare is the same price but u have to go to an apple store or reseller like bestbuy and they will fix it for u. And its in the Cnet top 5.
